Hello JPS,

This is just a thank you for my water butt tap which arrived today.

I asked you to put a message on the front for the postie big enough for him to notice, which you did. That’s a first, believe me. It was so well packaged it took me a while to get in (not a bad thing). It even had a compliments slip which is becoming a thing of the past but is such a nice gesture.

All in all I am very impressed with JPS. I fitted the tap today to a blue barrel and it was so hot I was drippier than the tap I was replacing!
